Biography
Samar S. Shadaia was born in Baghdad, Iraq. She graduated from Walsh College in 2019, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. She then went to obtain her Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy, graduating in 2023.
During her time as a paralegal at a personal injury law firm, Samar discovered her passion for advocating on behalf of personal injury victims. This experience, coupled with her involvement in the criminal trial clinic at the University of Detroit Mercy, where she advocated for indigent individuals, solidified her commitment to pursuing justice. Samar also earned a certificate in General Civil Mediation, further enhancing her skills in conflict resolution.
In 2024, Samar passed the Michigan Bar Exam and was admitted to practice in the state of Michigan. Her dedication to advocating for injured individuals, particularly those who speak Arabic, led her to join Khamo Law in 2024, where she continues to excel in her mission as a personal injury attorney servicing Sterling Heights and Troy. Beyond her professional endeavors, Samar finds joy in spending quality time with her family and friends, traveling, and working out.
